CIE EXAM PROCEDURE STEPS

1. Wait for the official announcement on the PIIE Facebook page regarding the start of the submission of CIE application requirements. Kindly note that the examination is usually held in April, with the submission period typically beginning in January. 

2. All CIE requirements must be submitted as both photocopies and original documents to the office of the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers (PIIE), Inc. at Unit 3410, Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower, 2210 Don Chino Roces Ave., Makati City. 

3. IE applicants who are non-members must pay at least one (1) year of PIIE membership in addition to the exam fee of Php 2,800. Payments may be made in cash at the PIIE office or via bank transfer to the PIIE bank account. Please refer to official PIIE Facebook announcements for bank details. Proof of payment should be emailed to the IECB Secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for recording purposes.

4. All CIE applicants must complete the registration through the Google Form announced by PIIE on their official Facebook page and website. Note: All applicants are required to submit the complete requirements, payment, and Google Form registration before the deadline.

5. Once the CIE application deadline has passed, all examinees should continue monitoring the PIIE Facebook page for further announcements regarding the following: 

1. Release of Exam Permit via Email.
2. Designated Testing Site/s.
3. Survey form for your preferred testing site (serve as your reservation).
4. Online Orientation Schedule.

1. Accomplished PIIE Membership Form (for non/non-active member) or PIIE Membership Certificate (for active member

3. Photocopy and Original of Diploma and TOR
4. Photocopy and Original of PSA birth certificate
5. Accomplished IECB CV form or personalized Resume
6. Two (2) colored 2” x 2” ID pictures in formal attire
7. Application fee: PHP 2,800.00
